My main trick to maintain fitness for me is to have a kid š Lifting and rocking a baby in your arms is a really good exercise trust me, and if you want you can start doing squats at the same time so your legs work too š (plus, babies love this move) Now baby is all grown up and lifting him has made my arm stronger than ever šŖš»š

IĀ an currently out of shape and get most of my fitness from manual labour at work, which isn't enough. I m loosing weight right now, down 25 lbs going to start exercising her soon, I gave a wedding and graduation to look good for this summer!
