I urge all to see Bowie when he performs in your town! Easily the best gig I have ever been to...

Awaiting the final mixes of the first 3 songs from our album... with some trepidation. Not because I think they will be no good - but because I fear that no matter how good they are, they will still receive that slightly put-upon shrug of the shoulders from "industry" types.

Choosing to forego the hype machine of record company bands, and bands wishing to be record company bands, and bands acting like bands wishing to be record company bands out of irony, makes the job of letting the music speak for itself all the more harder. Seems that focussing on the music just reveals how small a part the music actually plays these days. The search for authenticity seems only to highlight how lost it is.

Now where's that red hunting cap?...
