So, I sort of have a request. IZ204 is at the printer. It should be arriving in the houses of the mighty(subscribers) and bold(distributors) in early May. I really appreciate all the folks here who have subscribed, or sworn to go out and buy it when the time comes. That's some cool shit.
I'd like to take it one step further. Farther? I'm going to have to look that up. Anyway. I don't really like most american sf/f magazines. I think Interzone is a better magazine, but it doesn't get enough distro in the US. I'd like to help fix this.
IZ's distributor in the US is Diamond. They service primarily comic book shops, though I think other booksellers can order from them. I would really like it if we could get more exposure for this mag, so I'm going to be going into all my local comic book shops and talking up the staff, seeing how open they are to carrying IZ, etc. Obviously as an author I have a stake in this, but I think as readers we could all stand a little more Interzone in our lives.
Anyway. That's what I'm going to be doing. Maybe some other folks would be willing to lend a hand, too.

I mean.....Hyperion? THAT is awesome. I've been geeking out ever since Cassini-Huygens sent back its first images two years ago. That image you've chosen is one of my favorites from the mission, so far.
