had a few issues to work out with a certain group on the site that was getting on my nerves and spoiling my time on here due to the narrow minded and spiteful behaviour found there in.

but i'm not going to let a few twats spoil my fun.. so i'm back to stir things up biggrin

i doubt i'll be going to the oscars next year unless they announce a new award "and now the oscar for the best flyered film in london england... and the award goes to broken house" tongue

Alrighty then,

I managed to talk myself out of a four day bender and did a bit of balancing, not unlike stirfy's suggestion. Downed a bottle of wine on Friday then just slobbed out yesterday and topped of a leisurely day with an excellent curry.

Here's the situation.
I have four days off work and I haven't had a taste of alcohol for about four weeks.
Do I go to the pub, find me one of those big old bar-stools and pickle myself in alocohol only stopping to realise that I'll be back at work in the morning with a huge hangover and the knowledge that I wasted four days...

spend one day getting good and wasted, recover the next day with general lounging around and lazyness.

that still gives you a 2 day jump on pending work. whick you can do at a leasurely{sp?} pace due to it really being your days off anyhow.
