Yesterday I decided I was going to do the vegetarian thing. It wasn't so much for the animals but moreso for me. I always thought of myself as having alot of willpower. Well this is one way to test it.
I've also been thinking about doing somekind of diet. Not a lose weight kind of diet, but one where I'm just eating healthier, as opposed to fast food everyday. So why not do the opposite end of the spectrum?
It's only going to be for a month as of now, but if I really do feel better than I have been, then I'll probably stick to it.
Oh yeah, and it's hard as fuck if you hardly have time to cook or shop.
