No drinking for a month. Well except for Mondays. I just don't want to lose my Monday connection.
I've got to take a physical training (PT) test in one month. I've only ran once in like the past 6 months. It was 3 miles but at a slow pace and man was I ever hurting.
So for the next month I'm going to be waking up at like 530 doing push-ups, sit-ups, and running a few miles. Then I'm going to fix myself a nice breakfast.
Ok well just 3 times a week. So it shouldn't be too hard.

wow, thats a lot. . . . i'm in a "I'm not drinking anymore" point too, but i'm definitely not Not drinking AND doing all that work out. . .good luck with that.
