getting up for school at 6 in the morning has it's perks. not really sure what they are yet, but that's what i hear anyway.
i really have no idea why i continue to train myself against gluttony. i tried to eat a bowl of mac and cheese last night and i was full after a few bites. my housemate says i may be "manorexic". why do people like that make something out to be a bigger deal than it is. i would consider it anorexia if i were in danger of harming myself, but my gut and i have a long way to go before it gets dangerous. i figure i'm making up for the six months of gluttony that shot me from 165-170ish to 225-230ish a few years ago.

that chocolate mousse brownie I was talking about the other day - I had to choke it down
I think it may be psychological
I am a coffee, meat & potatoes, rice & beans guy - when it comes to food I like spiciness and simplicity
