Well, here we are, once again, on Monday. I hope you all had a good weekend. We suffered through another July 4th Independence Day here in the US. Fireworks were going off all over the place, but we survived. Mostly. ;-)
A pretty good weekend all in all. Karen made and axe-throwing target and we strapped it to a tree so she could throw axes at it. She also got to go down into clay world and work on pottery. I finished (finally!!) the current model I've been working on and am ready to move on to the next one. Mostly, I spent the time sniffling, being drugged up, cloudy headed and sleeping. Allergies and sinus pressure is causing me to be out of it quite a bit lately. I'm trying to push through as best I can, but boy is it hard to do so.
Here are the photos of the final Space: 1999 Eagle with the VIP passenger module. Not sure why the VIP module is orange, but it is.
I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, even though the orange was difficult to work with...it was as unruly as Cheetos dust! I'm on to my next challenge...another Space:1999 Eagle model (you can see the box with all the pieces in the background of the last photo). This is a different configuration, so it will have different challenges. I'll post more on that in a few days.
Meanwhile, I hope you are all doing really well and taking good care of yourselves, mentally and physically. Love and hugs to you all. **MWAH**
