So I did my first remote Kung Fu session. It was much harder doing it from home and not in the kwoon with the motivation and energy of being there. We did crescent kick combinations for half the class, and duck punch combos for the other half, and now my back is really seized up. I have shooting pains in my lower back to my knees. Going to see the chiropractor tomorrow to hopefully get straightened out. Also, I have a bird sitting on my head warming up her cold little toes. So there's that.

@redkaya You are hardcore to do that much workout. Our Saturday session was cancelled so I'm thinking I'll just write down a list of exercises then go hit the bag for an hour.

@schiavona I just want to start doing it on a regular basis and for example do some light things couple days a week 🌝
