The Sims City Hotrods shoot went amazingly well. Philip Sims is an amazing guy.. and incredibly talented. You should see the shop.. oh my god. I've been in a lot of garages in my lifetime (my Grandfather & Godfather are both car guys, and my Godfather owns classic restoration garage himself, so needless to say, I grew up greasy. haha) anyway... this particular shop is the perfect mix of functional and just fucking cool. The photographer is an actual photographer from Vanity Fair, who's done all kinds of work in that same garage.. high fashion, rock and roll.... good old fashion grit. Talented and fun... snacks, music, cocktails, new friends, hot cars... good fucking god.. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven for a minute there. Plus, I got another job out of it. One of the guys who's Chevy truck was on set, builds guitars and such, and is launching a "darker version" of the style he already builds.. and wants to use me for the campaign. I was so freaking stoked. Rad guy, plus a national magazine opp. YAYAYAYAY!! Anyway.. so as soon as I have photos from that, I'll share, I've got some of the garage, and two I took .. but it's a photo of a photo sorta thing- I'll post those now, just cause I'm that stoked over it.. haha.. lets see.. today, I derby, and I'VE GOT TO GET MY ASS OVER TO BLACK CAT TATTOO otherwise I think they might disown me... also, Ive finally got to a place where I've rediscovered my self-worth, after its long drawn out vacation... have been able to realize that the boy wasn't treating me well at all, even on a friendship stance..... and Instead of bemoaning about it.. has just fucking let it go. I know I've said that a thousand times, so be a pal- not point that out ok. This time.. I means it. haha whatever... don't judge me... I'm a sucker when it comes to crushes.... screw you. haha Anyway.. god what else?? There's so much to share.. but I guess I'll have to save it for another day, if I don't do laundry soon, it'll never get done.. and I think Fight Club might not let me fight tomorrow if I show up with dirty gear again. haha.. ewwww gross.. hahaha
