Just Great,
Not only am I having marriage issues (which we are steadily working through), but I lost my job today.
"The position is just not right for you, and we have no where else to put you at this time. You'd be great in an InBound call invironment, but you just don't have a strong enough personality for out bound calls, so we can't put you back out on the phones..."
I've been doing quality Assurance for this call Center for a couple months now, and I guess I just wasn't good enough at it.
I started out making sales calls for Northwest Direct back in February on the Verizon FIOS Campaign then after about a month and a half to 2 months they pulled me off the phones to do QA, it took them like a week to finally get me into training for QA then they let the receptionist go and asked me to take over that possition until they found a replacement, It took them a month - a month and a half to find someone to take over that position and they moved me back to QA then I was ther for about 2 months and then all of a sudden. I'm not good enough.
So Needless to say, I get to try to find a new job now, so if anyone knows of any jobs in the Portland area, let me know.
I'm gonna try and get a job at Nike, where my husband works. He does catering, and I'm looking into doing janitorial, I quess they're hireing for nights.
