so i was approached the other day at work by my boss... he told me about a conference that happens every year named.. "Out and Equal" .. he handed me the book from this years event that too place in texas.... it seems pretty fucking awesome.... i was asked if i would be interested in going next year.... i am seriously considering it.. its a LGBT group that has speakers of all sorts talking about LGBT's in the workplace ...

thats just a very short and raw summation of what it is.... the bonus is, its in disneyworld next year!!!
