I came to the conclusion that ... Asiety and quarantine are things that do not match at all !!
Since I was very little I suffer with anxiety, a lot of anxiety ...
or it takes me out of sleep or makes me sleep too much, or it takes away my hunger or makes me overeat, I turn people off and at the same time I feel very needy and alone, one day super excited and happy the next I don't get out of bed for nothing! crying crises, shortness of breath, racing heart and so on ... there are many symptoms, it leaves us on the verge of madness! lol ... with the day-to-day routine we can sometimes have control and follow life as a normal and balanced person lol, but here comes QUARANTINE! help, how to live with anxiety locked inside the house? haha, every day that goes by I get a little more ... but anyway guys, if you have anxiety and have tips on how to get around it in quarantine tell me in the comments .. ♥

Friend I don't really know what to say, but try to occupy your time with things you like to do, and a lot of music. Music for me is therapy for anything, try something new. I love you, be well.
