As mentioned before, I'm not into the whole Xmas thing. I mean I'm psyched to spend time with my "friend family" as always but I refuse to get caught up in the hoopla too much.
This year I made all my gifts. Pretty bags for the ladies, and pjs for the guys. There are so many cool fabrics at Spool (for the ladies) and some pretty rad flannels for dudes so I'm happy how things turned out.
Now I just have to find something kick-ass to make for brunch pot luck. I really want to make a risotto. If it were at my place I would but I don't think it travels well. any thoughts on that? I'm def. bringing mimosa makings. I mean really what's brunch without and adult beverage?
smooches!

You're more than welcome to make me it, though!
I too am not a Christmas kind of guy. Santa died three years ago as far as I'm concerned.
Even before that the commercialization of it turned me off to the idea. Idiots rushing to stores for Black Friday. End of the world if a gift didn't get purchased.
Makes me kinda sick.
Yet, I have a Christmas tree. The way I see it is that the cutting down of a tree is good for the environment. New growth cleans the air. Old trees make great mulch.
Circle of life..
