i have a job inteview tommorow and one the next day i dont really feel like working but maybe these interviews will change my mind i mean i complain about being bored and alone but i also complain about having to do stuff. doing stuff is definetly more healthy for me then sitting around getting depressed. i hope these interviews go well i hope they look past my dreads and tattoos and hire me for the good person and worker i try to be. plus i need money cause i cant move till december right now so i have to keep paying rent till then yuck.

can you wear something conservative to hide the tattoos? a good friend of mine goes to interviews in button down shirts and trousers (very Banana Republic), and she wears a scarf on her head to pull her dreads out of her face, and out of sight for the first impression. you can still see them, but it looks more tidy and conservative, so she gets a fair shake at the job, rather than being rejected for her appearance.

I kinda disagree. to me, the most important thing is keeping a roof over my head, and having some sort of routine or structure in my life. and you never know whether you'll like a job or not until you have it. I figure, you get the job, then if you don't like it, you can look for a new one before you quit. personally, I can't stand to be unemployed, so for me, it's not a difficult choice.

of course, I look really conservative anyway, so I might just be talking out my ass.
