Remember that tech certificates mean dick now addays...but the massage therapy thing can pay well. My wife is going to Hitech institute (over behind the fashion square mall) to get here AA in nursing, but walks away with a massage therapy license, and a massage table.
And we all hate our jobs....I am throwing the "I hate my fucking job" party on Sept. 15 (not to mention there is like 4 birthdays to celebrate as well), because I have to have an excuse to get stupid drunk.
What kinds of jobs are you interested in, and what kind of money are you looking to make. I've got my fingers in about every place in the damned central Florida area, and would kindly point you in the right direction.
As far as taking a break from school...if you feel you need a break, then I suggest you take one ASAP. Burning yourself out is far from the right thing to do, and you will watch your GPA go down if you continue to attend school on a short wick. Take the semester off to save up some cash, and party your arse off, then start fresh in the new year...because 2008=year of presidential change

If anything, take the classes for fun, and try and learn all you can. Don't waste your money on a graphic arts degree. Don't need a GA degree in order to get into the field, but being versatile will help. How are you and computers in general? Ever thought about doing a just a smidge of programming? Couple that with GA, and you are on the road to financial freedom

Get well soon!!One thing that somewhat helps is if you have 2 pillows on top of each other to prop your self up a bit while you sleep laying on your back,that will help keep acids from not passing through your intestines also try drinking a bit of water that is at room temperature but do not drink to much water,about half of a bottled water should be enough.
Do NOT eat bread while your stomach hurts because bread much like milk can make your body produce more acids and also could give you a cold.
