i must admit i have been drinking lots of water latelly, but its because i work in a factory and its really hot there, i dont see much improvement in my health but i do pee a lot more xD lol i was never a must drink water person . i do agree that walking or hiking its good for us, i tend to sit or stand a lot so when i do run i die after a couple km, so its important to at least once a week or so to put the muscles to work. hey i hope your mum gets better, i have read a lot about how weed helps, buts not easy to get someone to start smoking it , even more if its against what they believe in. best of luck for you both xx
