This week's blog homework is quite easy. I really enjoy cooking!
Let's go with BRAZILIAN BRIGADEIRO then. It's a very famous dessert, also very common at children's parties.
INGREDIENTS:
3-5 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Chocolate sprinkles (optional)
DIRECTIONS
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cocoa, butter and condensed milk.
Stir this mix until it gets thick, which takes about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let it rest until it cools enough. Now you can be happy eating :)
(Optional)
Grease your hands with some butter, take a spoon-sized amount of the mixture out of the saucepan then shape into small balls. If available roll them in chocolate sprinkles. This is the party version.

Hey I made these! Some I did with sprinkles and some I rolled around in cocoa powder. They’re awesome 😃
