Heyhey!
So, it's been a while since I've done a blog, partially because my last blog took hours to put up and so I wanted to make sure it was seen, but mostly because I've been insanely busy!!
So I'll start with the bad news - I'm leaving Suicide Girls as a model. I work at a school for children with learning and physical disabilities, and whilst I thought I'd managed to keep my modelling and professional life seperate, I clearly hadn't. I was called into a meeting with the head teacher as someone had mentioned that I'm on here in a staff meeting. I don't know who, and I'm quite annoyed that they didn't come to me first. But point of the matter, is that the school know and are frowning upon it, so to avoid jeapordising a career it's taken years to set up, I'm stepping back from any nude modelling, but I'll still be about as a member. My set will still be up until December though.
ahh well..other than that (which sadly happened just on my return from the Liverpool weekend) I've been upto a fair bit:
Alot of extra work and training
applying for a job
Not getting the job
Deciding to take up Spoken Word performance (I'll keep you updated on that front)
A trip to see Dirty Dancing at the theatre
Gig in London
Ross Noble Stand Up with my dad - awesome!! (on the 16th - using piss in a bucket to fight hobos, was anyone else there?)
A last minute trip to camp at the seaside so we could watch the sunrise:

Then I saw a musical rendition of MacBeth (alot better than it sounds)
Met BelieveMe to talk about photoshoots
Went to a comedy show, which was just good. David Trent is brilliant
Met some parents about private child care
Got lost and went on a bike ride about 8 miles longer than intended
Spent a weekend in Blackpool; got stuck in rain, saw the illuminations, won at bingo, did a bit of shopping, learnt to play pool....kind of

Now I have a week off, in which I intend to catch up on reading, do some writing, a bit of promotion work, get organised, see a gig then for Halloween go and see Polar Bear and Scroobius Pip in London.
Good times!!

Did you see Ross on the "Things" tour? I have to see him every tour he does now.... it's dangerously addictive.
