well, we received 16 inches of much needed snow over the weekend. yay for some precipitation.
i chuckle because 1400 vehicles were towed for snow plowing operations in the metro area. it is a very expensive proposition, so i feel some empathy, but really you have to be cluless or out of town to get towed. the city does everything but knock on your door to tell you about the snow plowing, but people just do not pay attention. that includes recorded phone calls, the internet, newspapers, radio and television as well as signage. oh well, sorry folk.

short on beer??? damnable foul weather! **shakes fist at the sky**
thanks, me nephew is my joy.
californians have no concept of cold. Hail causes them to think the Sky is falling.
a cloudy day, with slight drizzle, apparently, means that they can drive 20-30 miles over the speed limit, w/o their lights...and wonder why they slide, when they are Forced to slow down, by someone obeying traffic laws...
But seriously, I am feeling a bit better. Thank you for your kind comment I found out today I passed two uni assignments so things aren't all bad
