I don't need a credit card at all here in Japan, and I have only one card which is just for using in other countries. I don't like the way "pay later", so I try not to use my credit card as much as I can. For me, a credit card is just for credit, not for payment.

But I want to use my credit card sometime, like for online shoppings at sites in the states or France.
I know my credit card is kinida useless.
I don't have any of VISA or Master.
Mine is a Diners club card which does not associate with visa or master. frown

That means, I have my paypal account, but I can't use paypal for paying. Just for receiving money.
Some sites don't accept Diners club card for payment, and sometimes I have to give up shopping online.
I used to have one more card which was visa, but I didn't want to keep 2 with me. I never thought it would get so complicated if I don't have visa or master card. I don't know if I need to have a visa or master again. If I don't try to buy something online, I don't need it, actually.

You know what I want to buy now?
This, this and this. These are not available here. Only on this site, I can get these products.

So why don't you get a visa/mastercard?
when you travel you should take at least two different creditcards with you, stored at different places in your luggage. So even if one of your cards gets lost / stolen or doesn't work anymore, you have another one.
