Quicky New Home update - supposedly we're doing up the final touches today and getting the "lead remediation" test done in the next day or to so I should be able to move in this weekend.

So you know ... you really could get by with something very inexpensive if you had to. I know what you WANT, don't we all, but you could be happy for a lot less. And as a matter of fact, unless you are going total bleeding edge, you can buy one for less than you can build one. I remember when that happened. It took a lot of revenue from me, but I'm lazy and secretly relieved. It's a pain in the ass to build a computer. So what's wrong with the laptop you're using?
I want snow! Did you see the cool videos on commonman's page? NolefDetnaw says that I only think it's cool because I've never been it but that's not true. I was in falling snow ONCE, when I was 26. It was fun then, too!
