Ya, burning leaves does have a pleasing scent for some reason. A lot of my friends are fairly hard to motivate also... or not even that, just they work so much that they have no time to do anything out of work, sleep, bare necessities. Although I'd definitely include play/hanging out as a bare necessity to maintain a balances psyche. Btw, I have 4 other housemates here, a good selection. It's a nice place.

well, the mission is at a pause. i haven't heard from ANYone, so i have to make another round or two of phone calls tomorrow morning. thanks for asking!

your weekend sounds considerably more relaxing than mine was. i helped bryan lay out his masters portfolio - i stayed up late friday night, saturday night, AND sunday night; i woke up early saturday, sunday, and monday. woke up this morning at like 2:30 or so, feeling the intense need to puke. ran to the bathroom, let it loose, then stood up and was RAMMED with a migraine. could barely see my way back to bed - felt dizzy AND the light hurt my eyes. woke up to my alarm at 6 a.m. and let it just go off for like ten minutes till i just couldn't take the noise anymore. i shut it off, called in sick, and went back to bed. got to eat breakfast and lunch at the dorm cafeteria!

i love lying back, looking at the stars...even on cold nights. tonight is warm-ish, but cloudy. i like to at least see the moon!

this weekend will consist of me keeping my phones off, and laying low, trying to figure out what the f*k i'm going to do with my life. i know that college just doesn't feel right.

Mike went in for a crappy charge, too. His baby boy got hurt by accident while his bitch of a wife was at work. She called the cops on him when she found out Mike was at the hospital with their son, and she tried to say he'd tried to MURDER his son so he could be with me. (She was insanely jealous of our friendship). We went through tons of interviews and crap, and I was supposed to go on the stand. He ended up taking a plea down to first-degree child abuse since he didn't want to chance the attempted murder charge.

His son was fine. He was in the hospital for a while, but he's perfectly fine now. Leigha kept sending letters to the parole board, begging them to keep him in jail. She ended up married to some new guy a YEAR after all this happened. Anyway, finally, it's been five years and Mike is getting out. She stopped sending letters in 2002 and told his parents she doesn't care anymore, but he isn't allowed to see or contact his son, and people aren't allowed to be mediators (as in, I can't show Mike a new picture of his son or send his son a birthday card for him).

It's a bunch of crap, but it's finally coming to an end. My parents believe Leigha's side of it, and they've ordered me not to speak to him. Imagine the cow they're going to have when they find out he and I are dating. Hooooooo boy. I adore my parents and love them very much, but this is one of those things I just have to do. He and I never dated because of them, and that's how he ended up settling for Leigha. He's wanted me since we were fourteen, and it's about damn time we finally did something about it.

I'm very easy to talk to. I get that in real life all the time. I like it when someone feels comfortable around me. Thanks for sharing that. It sounds rough.

i go to madonna university in livonia, not the wayne county community college (where we were parked).

I'm sure I'll do purple on my hair. now it's time to decide if I can afford to have it DONE or if I wanna try and do it myself. after my last dye adventure I'm not sure I'm up for that..but we'll see..

yeah it sucks. have you ever seen the movie Office Space? you know his boss? yeah..thats how this guy told me. in that kinda tone. like it was no big deal. I still think it was a semi LIE. whatever.

HA! work sucks sometimes. I almost laughed in the face of the head cashier today when she asked me to work thursday( I was supposed to have tommorrow and thursday off from that job) because "I was ONLY working 32hrs this week" HAHAHA..yeah 32hrs at THAT job..and 40hrs at my full time job! so now i'm working 39hrs at my "part time " job . a full 80hr work week...doesnt everyone do that?

but yeah. well I had last friday and saturday off. and I MIGHT have next sunday off(31st) but I'm not holding my breath. oh well. I'll be blingin'!! and get to pay some bills off. so thats cool.
