Office door of the once wildly popular but now defunct Constitution Yards brewpub and concert venue in Wilmington Delaware. The land use was sold last year to a real estate developer which plans high rise apartments. Kinda sad because that will close off the only open river view along that portion of the Christina 😢 someone’s gonna get a gorgeous sunrise everyday for about $3,000/mo because the original owner said that river view is worth more to me than what a seasonal brewpub can provide. Oh well, that’s progress I guess 🤷♂️
