The experimental Mars Ingenuity drone that has been a shining star of our mission to detect signs of ancient life blew out a carbon fiber rotor blade during mission event 77 and lost contact with NASA ground control. Astounding since it was originally launched to perform only a handful of flights at most.
No word if this rascal had a hand in its demise 😆
