I wholeheartedly support these efforts. In my old hometown in Pennsylvania US there is something called “Field To Fork” where local chefs are tasked to create high end restaurant quality dishes from an assortment of fresh grown small local farm products. We really need more of this. Global corporate manufactured bulk food is losing its palatability for me, I seek out local shops and restaurants, like she proposes, wherever I am to savor unknown new treats 😎
