Another update: Bro’s dog Bella is holding on. She’s super medicated with antibiotics, vitamins, and painkillers, but is surprisingly spry and upbeat. Carefully monitored by weekly veterinary visits, but now he’s talking days not months anymore 😢 she’s eating like a Queen with homemade turkey and rice with lots of doggie friendly veggies. ~~~ Sis is home from hospital, yay! Acute hypokalemia *potassium deficiency* brought on by a yet unidentified virus. Her levels at intake were borderline fatal, but she’s made a miraculous recovery. Possible residual organ damage so she’s ingesting mega sized potassium supplements. ~ Anyway, now I can compatmentalize all this and finally allow myself to glide into the Holiday Spirits 🎄🥗🎉 Thank you all for very kind words 😊
