Did a bake thing. Sweet potato and butternut squash, skins on *washed of course* rough chopped to 3/4” pieces, gobs of butter, dash of pumpkin pie spice, healthy drizzles each of honey and genuine maple syrup, dash each salt and pepper. Bake 350F45-60 minutes lightly tossing every 15 minutes until tender and some caramelization on the edges. YUM!
Paired with some shaved organic chicken breast served cold *that I previously braised in a honey mustard bath* on a mini flour tortilla with bbq sauce and some super thin julienne slices of celery for an extra taste and texture pop. Topped off with a Flying Dog Raging Bitch wheat IPA 8.3%ABV... Cheers 🎉
