Lately I've been feeling more connected to the real world again than the internet, which is a good feeling. I went out on Friday for one of the best nights I've had out in a very long time with friends I've all know about 5-10 years. There's just a certain amount of steadiness that comes with that much time being friends with someone. You lose an element of fear when they've seen you (and loved you) at so many stages/moods of your life. I feel like I can just completely be myself around every one that was out.
It's funny that Friday was so awesome and yet nothing really happened. Just a lot of drinking and a lot of bull shitting. I wore the "There's more to me than my enormous cock" shirt which got a lot of laughs and many drunken convos with strangers. It was just a really solid night, everyone meshed well.
Chuck came up from Minneapolis, I've known that fool since high school when we sat at the same table in the lunch room. He's the only person from high school that I've really kept up with. He's looking forward to me coming to Minneapolis more often.
Also had the best morning every Saturday when Craig and I windowed shopped and ate at small family own businesses downtown Fargo. (we did a traveling lunch thing... appetizer here, sandwich there, desert there) It was just really fun to be out and about.
Right now, I'm really happy/content. On a level I didn't even know was lacking. Weird.

After the holidays are over and I can ease out of the store a little easier I'll be at the new job full time. But then I go out of town for over two weeks. Yaay!
Your Vikes are looking really good dude!
