So it is Saturday and I feel like I woke up with a hang over (I think this is what a hangover feels like since I am so fortunate never to get them). Last night I went to the Coheed and Cambria concert! It rocked; I was just amazed by how well Claudio played and sang. Then Avenge Sevenfold was coming on and I thought it was time to leave before I got pummeled to death. I somehow made it to the front of the mosh of people by the time Coheed was coming on stage and I could only stay there for a little over half the time they were on stage. I swear at one point I broke a rib. I was being pushed so hard against the rail that I literally could not breathe. It was bad. I had no one behind me to protect me so yeah, I am a tough girl and all but I am still 5'2 and 108 lbs, I can't put up a fight against hundreds of 16 yr old girls screaming for Claudio, lol. No, it was mainly 16 yr old guys trying to get in the front for some crazy reason. I should have stayed but, I dunno. It wasn't as fun as when I was sitting next to the stage just watching them play. I was close enough to see everything like Im guessing 100 ft but I was far enough from the screaming freaks trying to kill me.
I dunno about this kids these days, I know I am only 19 but I have been to my share of concerts and I have been up in the front many a times and never have I had such a hard time like I did with this concert. No one caring for the little people, I thought you were suppose to care for your fellow mosher and the person next to you. I guess not anymore. And I am serious when I say the majority of the kids there were less than 17 cuz I was asking. And most of the answers were 16.
Well, I still had fun last night and now I am off to Kohls to by stuff for my room... Love you much
