I have been really fuct up lately. Well physically...and I'm not sure if it is just because I am getting old, or from stress or what? I was over my friends mom mickey's house the other day to go swimming. I was hella tired on sunday(the day I was there), and I ended up falling asleep on her couch after we went swimming and ate dinner. I ended up sleeping for like 2 hours on the couch practically sitting up in freezing ac. When I woke up I felt exhausted still but the rest of me was ok. I went home that night and laid on my couch and ended up falling asleep before 1am. I woke up the next day at 9:30 in the morning and couldn't move my neck. It hurt so bad that just walking to the bathroom to get aspirin I had tears in my eyes. This lasted the entire day yesterday. I took way too many aleves. I took a hot bath, and I rubbed myself down with this stuff at work called blue oil, and icy hot. Nothing made me feel better all day. I came to my sisters after work and sat with the heating pad on it for about an hour. Then my mom gave me an ice pack. Then I went back to the heating pad after an hour. The heating pad is what finally did it for me. I woke up at one point throughout the night and could move my head again without crying or wincing. It isn't 100 percent better, but it is still loads better than it was. It hurt just to get dressed yesterday. I hope it doesn't happen ever again. I'm going to go get in the shower and then I have to stop at home to get work clothes.
I found out I'm not allowed to wear khaki's anymore. We have to wear all black. Thats cool I don't mind. I have to buy some new ones though.
