For Christmas my mommy gave me two box sets of Pinky and the Brain DVDs. In an age of Family Guy and South Park, Pinky and the Brain seems rather timid as far as animated shows go. But I have to give the show credit for paving the way. Eric Cartman and Stewy Griffin both are nothing more than various incarnations of the Brain. Watching Pinky and the Brain now, I'm amazed at the all homosexual innuendo in that show. Particularly the episode in which the Brain clones himself and one of Pinky's toenail clippings ends up contaminating the clone's genes. Pinky and the Brain are the hybrid clone's "parents." Then there's the one where Pinky keeps forgetting to give the Brain some reach-around when he's fucking the Brain in the ass. The Brain says, "Do not vex me Pinky or I shall turn on you." I mean, come on - only fags use the word "vex." I can't believe I missed all this ten-odd years ago when I first watched the show on TV.
