Sometimes I wonder what effect my favourite bands, movies, books, and artists has on what people think about who and what I am. When I look at someone's profile, I check to make sure there aren't any things that I greatly dislike and actively avoid, but other than that, I don't really figure any of that into whether or not I think they're interesting or attractive. Music, movies, books: one's preference when it comes to these is so subjective and personal that I can't help but think that these lists have unintended effects on how one person is viewed by another...

So yeah, I added Serenity to my favourite movies. I saw it again last night because a friend hadn't seen it before.
