I'M SICK puke puke . i hate being sick (does anyone like it?). it just shows how crappy the human body is, we can do all this stuff but when some microscopic germ wanders in, we get knocked on our ass. one good thing, i'll lose a couple lbs, haven't been hungry in days, which i know, will make the cold stick around. so i'm doing what...

I'm so effing glad Obama won. I've followed the election closely, and I truly think he has the most to offer.

... also, Palin scares the crap out of me.

I am so sick of social networks and the time they waste. The only one I really like and use is SG, since it comes with a small cover charge, I am actually friends with people here and a-holes are kept to a minimum.

I'm considering killing myself... online... meaning, killing all my social network profile and putting a tombstone pic where they all used to be... might be funny.
replica2618:
that's not a bad idea Chris.

super nerd mail day. i got my shirt from shirt.woot.com. i got some comics i ordered, including a special Marvel Apes variant done by the late artist Mike Wieringo, who died last year. it cost 8 bucks, but it benifits HERO which helps out old comic creators who got screwed over way back when. and also the talk of the comic book world this week,...

gun in mouth.

let me explain. i, for some reason i don't understand, decided to watch the mtv vma's. 90% of music, new music, is HORRIBLE. everything sounds the same. i'm not a 'rap guy' but i remember when rap had different sounds. not anymore, you can't tell one song from another and it seems like every month or so, there's some new flavor of...

I totally agree with you about the music of today. I'm perfectly happy listening to my vinyl from Wax Trax and other local music stores (which of course aren't around anymore!) I think my favorite music is roughly from 1988-1997, but there are some exceptions of course. But for the most part, yeah, the crap they pass off as music now completely sucks!
danipoo:
What a coincidence! A friend and I were talking about how MTV used to be so amazing. The 80's kicked ass (at least from what I remember) because of the abundance of music videos featuring ZZ Top, Twisted Sister, Pat Benetar, Prince, Michael Jackson, Ratt, Van Halen, Huey Lewis and the News, Madonna...the list goes on and on. I remember the videos to be like mini-movies and they were sooo much fun for a 6 year old to watch! Also, shows like Headbanger's Ball, 120 Minutes, and Yo! MTV Raps were groundbreaking because they featured music that was on the 'fringe', so to speak. Music of the masses this day and age just plain sucks.
