so yeah... I've been losing weight because of the show, right? You'd figure that running your ass off for about 5 hours a night and hardly eating a thing would do that to you... well, I have exciting news. Today I required a clean pair of jeans... all of my jeans were dirty, so out of randomness I grabbed an old pair, as my jeans were, well, baggy and falling off of me. And guess what! Jeans that I've not been able to wear for about, eh, a year? I can wear again! Huzzah! Not only can I wear them, but THEY are baggy on me... what's this? Ellen went down almost two sizes in jeans? Fancy....

Just make sure you do like iggy_koopa said... if you are cutting back calorie wise just make sure what you are eating is good. Your body needs to fuel itself! If you are busy running around, make sure you have a quick/handy snack in case you get hungry! Some of my favorites are: Low Fat cheese sticks and an apple, Luna or South Beach bars, pretzel rods, make your own trail mix with assorted seeds and nuts, multigrain cheerios, mini marshmallows & Peanut butter/ chocolate chips.)
