Some weeks - scratch that some months - you are better off staying home. Last week it was layoffs. This week, I went to sleep feeling "a little full" and woke up with full blown food poisoning. "Reverse gears!"

You're not alone. I had what I assume was food poisoning a couple months ago. It could have been a stomach bug too. Not sure, only that it messed me up for a couple of days. And, since then. I've had a few mornings were I'd need to throw up. Something I never did growing up. Trying to stay away from eating things like meat and sweats after 6pm.
This has been the year of ill health for us all.
