I heard about National Security Presidential Directive 51 a while back, but since I heard about it from a couple of conspiracy-obsessed whackjobs online, I didn't put a whole lot of stock into their frenzied warnings. Well, here's a point to the whackjobs - turns out that, while not as bad as they say, it's not exactly comforting.
