so im sure every one already knows that i got my condo!!!! they have excepted my bid and after my loan goes through we close on dec. 22nd. i am so excited!!! hopefully there wont be any last minute surprises with the loan(like i dont get approved at the last second)! but it looks like everything is going well!! i'm not buying anything for it yet cuz i'm too scared! but i'm keeping my fingers crossed. its not really mine till everyone signs the papers.

thing with my family are going better. i hve refused to talk about about my parents situation with them which i thnk has made a huge difference. they are actually respecting my wishes about it. so my dad and i are talking now which is nice. and my mom has stopped too. and once i move out it ill be even better.
