England BLAH football BLAH 1966 BLAH
I'm soo bored of the world cup and in all honesty the appearance of english flags everywhere feels almost offensive. As an outside I can say the England flag is not a sign of patriotism in my opinion when I see it I think of holliganism. I think thats a sad thing but thats the way it is and so I'm not enjoying the spirit of the whole thing. Plus I think football is stoopid!!!!
No sign of the passport yet.....
Work was dull but its been pretty quiet which means I've essentially been paid to read the last two days which rocks! I'm reading Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell and I'm half way through the 1000 page beastie. Its dead good tho and fantabulous for a debut novel. I hope the author writes more stuff and its equally as good....
I finally listened to the latest Hoobastank album and was dissapointed.
I'm currently trying to make a curry but I think I messed it up somewhere along the way so I'm leaving it to simmer and hoping for the best...
Away to eat whatever I have created!
Cya tomorrow if I survive! Hehe!

He he he. If waving the St Georges Cross was a hooligan thing it would happen all the time, not just at big football events, but I see your point. I do also think it's a little overkill. There seem to be more flags on the roadside nowadays than actually on the cars though.
Oh well, only another 2 weeks to go for you. Unless we win it of course, then you're fucked.
I've essentially been paid for watching the World Cup anyways, with all the customers we don't get.
