Do you have things that you feel you need to do each day so that the day counts for something?
Mine are getting out of bed (I feel this is most important cause I really can't get much done if I stay in bed all day...unless there is an incredibly tempting person in the bed with me and then all bets are off), eating some food(I figure even if some days I feel like I shouldn't eat anything cause I am a big cow I need to eat something so that the people who are making the food continue to have their jobs and don't go hunger), read some piece of literature (I figure this keeps my brain alert and wake plus that way I don't have to worry about my brain cells dying off if I am using them), and lastly getting out in public (this is for my own good so I don't become a complete hermit and never leave my house. It keeps my comfort level in flux just enough that I don't get too comfortable with my sloth like ways of laying around and reading or knitting all day).

I'm not sure. I know I hate it when I look back over my day and I feel like I've accomplished nothing. It feels like such a waste. What will I do today?
