i'm excited this week.. i played guitar with my friend tim's uncle this weekend, and i think we might start playing some open mic's and such.. this is really the first time that i've played with anybody and felt pretty comfortable since i moved up here.. i do miss the chemistry that i had with my buddies back home..

Speaking of scratches, I got cut during my game last night. Happened on the second face off of the game. Some kid's stick came up and clipped my lip. Blood everywhere. Worked the game straight through, though.

Well the day after.. i'm actually more upset that i had drifted so far away from someone i once considered one of my idols.. now he's gone.. not surprising in retrospect though.. if i had to make a list of candidates for suicide i think he would have been right up there..
