Sleeping to dream...
So for the last few nights I've been having pretty awful nightmares. They started last Friday and literally every morning at 0434 I wake up sweating and totally freaked out from the things I've been dreaming, of which I can barely remember anything. I think what bothers me the most is that I'm not really scared of many things - definitely not ghosts/spirits/whatever, and as a former fire fighter things like heights and enclosed spaces don't bother me at all. This all makes me wonder what exactly I have been dreaming about that has me waking up at shit o' clock feeling terrified? I've decided then, that I ought to keep a little dream diary, so that when I do wake up and can still remember some of the details I can quickly scrawl them down to hopefully see if I can make sense of them at a later date or at worst, see a pattern.
Any of you ever had this happen?

I had nothing of value to say today. Trying a strategy of "if you can't say anything nice"...... so solipsism fit the bill nicely.
