So today was not a good day. Smoked too much. Diet was shite. Not a happy with myself. But managed to finish off all the. Back to school shopping. School starts tomorrow, I will be up early to sort the kids out. So am planning a run, rather sitting in my dressing gown waiting for two teenagers to sort there lives out in the bath...

So as well as weights I have run to day. Am pleased with my over all first week have exercised every day bar Friday! I have eaten less meat more beans and pulses and less fat. Sugar intake is down. Baccy is down, but not out. But I give myself a 8/10 for over all sticking with it. Starting week two tomorrow
