Miss Lucycat has decided that the Christmas tree is her enemy. Every time we leave, she tears into it--its all misshaped and there are usually a few ornaments laying on the floor, even though we've tried keeping them out of her reach. Poor tree.
I really need to start thinking about Christmas gifts. Time is flying by. I have a feeling Christmas is gonna be abig hassle this year, between trying to get days off at work and figure out where we want to be when and not make anyone mad. How does Christmas end up being about these things? Why does it have to be so stressful?
That's all for now. I'm off to work.

I think I'll boycott Christmas next year! My first partner and I had a couple of dogs and they tore the shit out of the tree. They ate all of the candy canes and pulled off all of the ornaments. So I tied the damn thing to the ceiling so they couldn't reach it! When company came over they were like, "Why is your tree tied to the ceiling?"
