So today was my starting day for the Dukan Diet- Phase 1:Attack..
Protein foods only. It wasn't hard. Gladly, I can still drink coffee! I weighed and measured myself today. I expected the outcome, but still got mad at myself. But whatever. It's only going to get better from here on! The "attack" phase lasts between 2-7 days. I'm going to try and go the whole 7. I'll let you know how it's all going at the end of the week!

On other news, my car's cd player hasn't been working for months, and I've not been bothered to replace it, and luckily so! Yesterday it randomly decided to start working again! WIN! So I've been driving around town with some Dinosaur Jr blaring! I was really getting sick of the radio. A great excuse to go on a cd shopping spree, don't ya think?

Today, Derek and I bought our first BBQ. It's AWESOME. We cleaned up our little deck and had the thing grilling tonight. It was delish, but freezing outside! It's been cold here in Sydney.

Being 6ft tall can suck at times. I saw some really hot shoes on sale today, but heels just don't suit me. Maybe when I've slimmed up more they'll look okay. I know they used too, but for now flats it is.

I've been watching some good TV lately. Currently getting through Justified season 2. Need to catch up! Timothy Olyphant is a total stud! And LUIZZA is too. I really like her new set.

I have been contemplating going blonde again. Or maybe stay black, but add colour..? Here's me in the middle with blonde hair..
