On the healthy lifestyle path again. 2012 was successful, I was able to keep off almost 50lbs, but this year is my year! I want to lose more and tone up lots. I'd love to be a runner. So we'll see... At the moment it's all about clean eating and exercising 5 days a weeks.

I'm going to the APIA international in Sydney on Sunday...

Hello all.

I'm late to the party, i know...

but feel free to follow me on instagram- @ragebeksmachine

It's a little bit addictive.

Currently on annual leave from work, and loving the down time. Excited for The Avengers being released this week, as well as Madden and seeing Apocalyptica live on Friday.

Anyone into their blues and roots, give Ash Grunwald's latest a spin, it's...

Kitty, Daisy & Lewis <3 Playing the right now, and they just make me want to dance!!

I'm 24. I work retail and hate it, but have no idea what else I want to do. It's almost a scared feeling. I want to jump, but I'm afraid! Cliche sounding I'm sure, but that's what it feels like. I should be living my life more, but...

Hello out there! I assure you all (because I'm sure you were all worried lol) that I'm still alive!
I had a horrible chest infection, followed by some incredibly busy weeks looking for a new house to live, finding one, and then moving! But I'm 100% healthy and currently sitting in my MUCH nicer, new home, and it's good to be back on here!!
Whilst I...

30lbs LOST!!!! Woohoo.
Well, technically, my 6th week ended yesterday, and I lost 3.8lbs, getting me to a total of 29.2lbs lost, but today i hit the 30lb mark. Pretty decent feat. Still a long way to go, but I'm proud of myself. smile
I joined fitocracy, and although im not used to using it daily yet, i think the app is awesome. Very motivational.

That's great. 30 lbs would bring me down to what I was in high school. A long, long, time ago. My question is if your on this Dukan Diet, what happens when you go off the diet? Is this a long term thing or do you just switch to a well balanced general diet after? Keep it up!!

Congratulations! That's such an amazing achievement!

Not much time for a blog this week. Not with the release of DIABLO III biggrin
I'm addicted already. Is anyone else playing??

In regards to my diet/weight-loss, i just finished my 5th week! I lost 3.6lbs this week which makes it a total of 25.4lbs lost, or just over 11.5kgs. I'm definitely on the right track. I feel great, energetic, healthy and I've upped my...

Good job on the whole fitness thing. Are you on Fitocracy? It's kind of like a game. Do stuff, log stuff, get points and level up. You'll excercise more because it's motivating. "What? Only 100 more points until level 5? I'll do a few more sets."

Your ding amazing weight wise and don't get discouraged by a small lost this week (even though I can't work out lbs to kgs in my head), it sounds like you done extremely hard work smile Good on your for deciding to change your life and I'm super happy this diet is working so well for you.

Mum and I saw battleship yesterday and I was disappointed no one said "You sunk my battleship!" but "They're not going to sink this battleship" was close enough tongue Avengers next for us when it's been on a little longer, there are so many good movies coming out!

3 weeks on my Dukan Diet and 19.2lbs lost all up! 5lbs this past week, woot! Beats last week's measly 3lb effort wink I'm fitting in to clothes I couldn't before, I've started jogging again, slowly but surely, and I feel much healthier. I'm used to the diet and no longer feel lethargic at the end of my day! You would assume that this was the...

I would do anything to motorboat Kat Dennings' tits. Just saying.

I lost 3lbs this week, so it slowed down after adding vegetables, but I'm not complaining. I don't think that's a bad weekly effort, I will however try to push it further this week coming.
When I reach my target weight I want to be a machine. The fittest I can be. It might...

Ok, so for any of you that might slightly be interested, I finished phase one of my diet with a result of 11.4lbs lost in 1 week. Quite pleasing. It's not the easiest diet to stay on, but I like guidelines and boundaries and so far I'm sticking to them.

On to cool stuff... I've been wanting to get back into drumming for AGES! but...

Admittedly, "Zale" is just a nickname I earned back in the military. I loathe my real name, so don't go by it.
