It's early Tuesday morning and I'm just now doing what I should have been doing yesterday. This is going to be a very long day.... I have 4 clients to see between 11AM and 6PM due to my current lack of qualified employees. I really need to hire some people because I'm feeling pretty overwhelmed right now. I now have $2,700 in accounts recievable that's over a month past due and probably another $8,000 or so that's coming up on a month. This is not fucking good! I'm neglecting important things so that I can keep up with the increasing amount of new clients I'm getting and as a result, I'm not getting paid for work that's been done quite a while ago. I've just sent out late notices and reminders to the clients that owe me money, but that should have been done a while ago. Owning your own business can really suck sometimes! I guess it beats working for some big corporation though..

I need to take my vacation or I'm gonna go insane! Problem is finding a couple employees before I can go. I guess I'll up the hourly rate and see if I get more responses this time.

Some random facts about me:

I have REALLY bad ADD.

I am NOT a morning person.

I never get anywhere I'm supposed to be on time.

I'm a perfectionist when it comes to working on computers, which means I spend a lot of time on them that I can't bill the client for.

I'm hopelessly dependant on gadgets like laptops and cell phones.

Some of these things make it very difficult for me to runa successful business! I'm actually amazed that I've done as well as I have so far.
