From the most complex forms of universe to the simplest structure of an atom, all is binded by a single force. This force though often misunderstood and misconstrude is in perfect balance. Infinite uniformity and ultimate chaos are its workings. For instance, all things that begin must have an end. What goes up must come down (in parabolic fashion mind you). It is the second law of thermodynamics which states that in any closed system, entropy or disorder will increase with time.
It is perfectly natural for (and here's putting it simply) for things to get fucked up. The navy telling you that things will get better is a lie. But, there is no loss for hope because this is as nature intended. I too am a system and as time persist I will reach ultimate entropy(death). However, this is the ultimate balance to the life I was given- a life that I am still living and am in complete control over the balance within it.
So, life gives you lemons you make lemonade and that's it. It's simple. You must know that time is not real. You may feel shitty for whatever reason and that you can't escape it- that only time will make it disappear. I fashion my mind into a singularity...there is only one thing that exists- silence or wind or a flame, whatever it is that you put in your mind. It brings clarity. When you think in terms of time, about past regrets and what you must endure in the future you begin to fret on things that don't exist. Your mind is the biggest liar. It's constantly telling you your wants and desires and needs and how unhappy it makes you when you don't have those things. When you have this clarity you realize that there is nothing that you need to be happy and to live. Nothing...that's easy! Everything that weighed on your shoulders is gone and you can breath easy in any situation. Total freedom from fear and hatred and grief. You can smile in death's face.
It found this clarity after I had gotten rid of my wordly possessions and sat in silence...alone. Just thinking and it hit me. The universe is expanding, which means that once it was[contracted]. That means that everytihng that exists now has the same begginings- including me. I realized then that Possessed something much greater than just worldly objects like food and clothes and junk. It will all pass in time, but what will stay with me always is that one thing...
