mmm spice bush blossoms are possibly the best things ever. NOM.

i also gathered a whole lot of wild garlic and made a bunch of garlic butter. pounds and pounds and pounds.

mmm sorrel and violets and watercress and asparagus and wild mustards of every variety.

i like spring.

Those all sound totally perfect, thank you so much. I've read most of Michael Pollan's books, I love him. Just finishing the last one now so I will try and track some of of your recommendations.

I had wild garlic, wild leek and swiss chard soup today. Mega tasty!
