i was so busy gardening farming* that i didn't even realize the vernal equinox came and went.
so i'm 5 days late, but i'm celebrating anyways.

*yes i have graduated from gardener to farmer, i'm going to have about 3-4 acres under cultivation this year-- that is like 130,700 square feet! and, looking at all the packets of seeds stacked all around most of my living room's floor space, i'll be planting maybe 500 different varieties of fruits and vegetables, but that's a guess, and i'm beginning to think it would be quite a bit more if i actually added them up. it's next to a river, 2 fish ponds, and a cabin to stay in with a big screened porch and hammocks. AND a bat house, as of last weekend!
p.s. the fact that i bought a shoulder yoke should say something about what i'm getting myself into.

p.p.s. this is probably only funny to me, but i'm sharing it anyways. the other day jason and i were talking, i don't even remember about what, and he said, "well, you can't un-ring a bell." i looked at him confusedly and said, "you can't? but wasn't that a john cage piece?"
now that's not the funny part, the funny part is that he believed me
